Payment Options
Buying from www.tly.com.sg is easy and secure! We currently accept several different methods of payment. Payment and bank details will always be sent to you by email after we have received your order.

Credit Card
All payment via credit card will be charged in Singapore Dollars (S$).

Direct deposit into one of our local bank accounts:
You are will able to deposit the total amount of your order into one of our local bank accounts to our Singapore payment centre. After your order has been received, you will find the bank and payment details in your email inbox for your convenience.

Money Orders
Money Orders are accepted in Singapore Dollars

Cash On Delivery (COD)
Collection via COD is only available for local deliveries in Singapore. If you require shipping of your order to an overseas address outside Singapore, please choose other payment methods.

Shipping/Delivery
The standard processing / fulfilment lead time depends on a case by case basis depending on the amount of stocks available. After an order has been received, our customer service representatives will inform you the date and time of delivery. If the item is ordered based on a pre-order basis, it will only be delivered after it has been released into the market.

For orders below a total value of $30, a local courier charge of $5.00 will apply and will be displayed during the checkout process.

For shipping option outside Singapore, our customer service representatives will evaluate your order and advise you on the necessary shipping charges via e-mail. International orders will only be shipped after payment has been confirmed. Please kindly e-mail us at info@tly.com.sg for more information.

Returns
We offer a return policy for defective or wrong goods. If the items that you purchase are defective or expired, just contact us and we will do an exchange with the manufacturer/distributor for you.

Refunds
Refunds will be given based solely on the discretion of the company.

Procedures:
  1. Email us at info@tly.com.sg with the description of the faults in the defective items.
  2. Our customer service staff may contact you to find out more about the problem.
  3. This return policy applies ONLY to defective products such as expired tea. We will not exchange any product if you have bought them by mistake.
  4. During the return, all returned products must be in their original packaging and all leaflets etc must be returned.
